My Approach

As a 500 hour certified Instinctive Meditation® teacher I coach how to create a vibrant, awakened way of life using your inner wisdom for intentional savoring of the journey. Through learning to embrace all that we experience during meditation, including thoughts and feelings, we give ourselves permission for freedom. I also guide actualizing an embodied Radiance Sutras® lifestyle.

Instinctive Meditation®

Is cultivating or practicing increasing our natural, innate capacity to attune to ourselves in restful and delightful ways that are nourishing and renewing. There are infinite ways to practice meditation from movement, breathing, pleasurable activities, visualization, and using our senses. Scientific research and evidence cite the benefits of meditation include relaxation, increased focus or alertness, improved sleep, reduced stress or worry, and overall better well-being.

The Radiance Sutras®

The Radiance Sutras: 112 Gateways to the Yoga of Wonder & Delight is Dr. Lorin Roche’s interpretation of an ancient Sanskrit meditation text The Vijnana Bhairava Tantra. This rich wisdom text provides a variety of everyday timeless themes and limitless meditation practices from sports, favorite foods, music, the cosmos, hardships, love, and anything we experience in modern life.
